I'm Bro.Ha. This is home base for all things #ntaab.

This podcast is my excuse to say all the things I'd probably be thinking anyway.

Some episodes feature my mom. Sometimes my husband. Sometimes another guest. Whoever's in the passenger seat, the goal stays the same: have honest, funny conversations that make us laugh, think, question things, and occasionally heal a little along the way.

Think of it like joining a long road trip where nobody can remember how the conversation started, but somehow it ends with a life lesson, a sarcastic joke, and a completely unrelated story.

I've spent years having these thoughts, now I'm sharing them with everyone!
